Bread Head is a chef-driven sandwich spot from Trois Mec alums Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, featuring their signature bread that blends focaccia and ciabatta. Backed by Michael Pasternak and Greg Willsey, the team delivers stacked sandwiches, such as a classic ham and butter or a loaded muffaletta. Daily specials rotate throughout the week, including a meatball sub on Mondays and a Cubano on Wednesdays. Opening in Westwood Village soon!
