Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls
Celebrate the flavors of fall with Violet’s Lead Pastry Chef, Yesenia Cruz, in this cozy, hands-on baking class dedicated to pumpkin spice brioche cinnamon rolls.
Chef Yesenia will share the techniques behind a beautifully soft, rich brioche dough, including proper mixing, kneading, proofing, rolling, filling, and shaping. Each guest will prepare and build their own batch of pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls to bake and bring home.
While the rolls are baking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy:

The Thai Table: Restaurant Favorites
A Thai Cooking Masterclass with Chef Nishi Lal
Join Chef Nishi Lal for a vibrant evening inspired by some of the most beloved dishes found on Thai restaurant menus, and learn the techniques needed to recreate them at home.
For the hands-on portion of the evening, guests will get hands-on rolling vegetarian spring rolls and preparing a versatile Thai sauce from scratch for the Pad Kra Pao Gai.
Chef Nishi will guide everyone through the balance of spicy, sour, salty, sweet and aromatic flavors that gives Thai cooking its remarkable depth, leaving guests with a foundational sauce they can return to in their own kitchens for years to come.
