Westwood Village is a unique and vibrant commercial district located on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our district serves a population of over 220,000 people living within a three-mile radius. Westwood is easily accessible by all modes of transportation. The Village is located between the 405 freeway and Wilshire Boulevard, hosts all major Los Angeles bus line stops. In 2024 will include the Westwood/Wilshire Boulevard Station along the Metro Purple Line extension.
Westwood is affluent, and highly educated. The average household income within a three-mile radius is over $112,000 and the average home price in the surrounding neighborhoods of Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air is over $1,000,000. Nearly 70 percent of this population has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Westwood Village is bordered to the north by UCLA, whose student population is over 40,000 plus a faculty and staff population of an additional 30,000 people. On the Village’s southern border is the Wilshire Office corridor, home to 11 Class A office towers, millions of square feet, and thousands of people who use the commercial district on a regular basis.
