Westwood Village is a unique and vibrant commercial district on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our district serves over 220,000 people living within a three-mile radius. Westwood is easily accessible by all modes of transportation. The Village is between the 405 freeway and Wilshire Boulevard and hosts all major Los Angeles bus line stops. 2024 will include the Westwood/Wilshire Boulevard Station and the Metro Purple Line extension.

Westwood is affluent and highly educated. The average household income within a three-mile radius is over $112,000, and the average home price in the surrounding neighborhoods of Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air is over $1,000,000. Nearly 70 percent of this population has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Westwood Village is bordered to the north by UCLA, whose student population is over 40,000, plus a faculty and staff population of an additional 30,000. On the Village’s southern border is the Wilshire Office corridor, home to 11 Class A office towers, millions of square feet, and thousands of people who use the commercial district regularly.

COVID-19 Safety Compliance Certificate Program

LA County’s new COVID19 Safety Compliance Certificate Program helps business owners understand and implement LA Public Health safety directives.

Business owners can take this training to receive a COVID-19 Safety Compliance Certificate to be placed at all public entrances to their facility. This certificate acknowledges that their facility is following all the required Public Health COVID-19 Protocols. Employees can also watch this training to learn more about the Protocols and the steps their employers must take to offer the required workplace protections.
